Raw food to can seem limiting if you are new to the lifestyle or are just learning about it. You are probably wondering what in the world your going to eat and enjoy! Breakfast can be especially tricky, your going to be missing out on cereal, pancakes, oatmeal right? WRONG! All these classic breakfast staples can be made raw and mighty delicious. My book Alive: a guide to becoming radiantly raw is going to be out in late Spring and I share lots of my favorite breakfast recipes! Here is one of my personal favorites!
1 cup of walnut or almond milk (preferably homemade)
5-8 blueberries, some sliced and whole
1/2 banana, cut
1/4 apple, chopped
1 tablespoon of goji berries
Very easy, very yummy, and very healthy. It’s lovely to look at, and it’s nutritious. This is a great dish to share with friends and family members who tend to resist healthy eating and raw food.
